Three-session nutrition package — $375

Reset + Refuel is a structured three-session package designed for clients who want a comprehensive review of their current health, nutrition, and routines, and the opportunity to implement meaningful change with professional guidance over several weeks.

Rather than a single consultation, sessions are intentionally spaced to allow for implementation, review, and adjustment. This format works particularly well for those experiencing ongoing digestive concerns, low energy, weight fluctuations, or simply feeling out of sync with their nutrition and daily routine.

Package includes:

  • 75-minute initial consultation

  • 45-minute follow-up (two weeks later)

  • 30-minute follow-up (two weeks later)

  • personalised nutrition strategy

  • grocery and meal guidance

  • supplementation review (if appropriate)

  • optional discussion of simple nervous system and movement support where relevant
