Yoga is offered alongside my nutrition work as a practical approach to supporting mobility, stress regulation, and overall wellbeing.
Available as standalone sessions or integrated with nutrition consulting where appropriate.

• Corporate and workplace sessions
• Workshop and retreat programming
Delivery:
Virtual and in-person (location dependent)
Styles may include restorative, hatha, or gentle vinyasa depending on individual needs and session focus.
