I work with individuals and teams to improve energy, focus, and stress resilience through evidence-based nutrition strategies.
Before moving into nutrition, I spent several years in tech recruitment across consulting, financial services, and government. I worked with project-based teams and saw firsthand how long hours, deadlines, and sustained pressure affect habits and overall health.
That background informs my approach. I focus on clear, structured strategies that support consistent energy and performance in demanding environments.
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition) and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
